“You hold the key to your success”
A lot of people treat depression like it’s some sort of disease, others treat it as an illness, but in reality it’s a beautiful gift. And the best gift mankind has ever had.
This beautiful gift is an external navigator, where it navigates you to find your true purpose and happiness in life.
As a society we have learned as a natural instinct to run away from our problems rather than to deal with them.
For example in today’s world when you closely investigate the new movies and soaps like Eastenders and coronation street
You come to realize that whenever the characters in the soaps are faced with problems they either run away from it or turn to drugs and alcohol.
You can clearly see the hole in the logic here that when you continually run away from your problems they build up and continually increase, And take shelter in the house of depression permanently.
Metaphorically speaking depression becomes the house of all your problems. (Past, present & future)
Side effects of running away from your problems;
Now as you’re wondering though your beautiful life suddenly a problem confronts you and takes you off guard, As you’re trying your best to find a solution to this problem, unexpectedly without you even realizing it all your other problems (the ones you’ve been running away from) attack you all at once.
Being overwhelmed and helpless you fall into despair, how can a person deal with ten problems all at once it’s not humanly possible.
Then you start living in the dark side of life, And your new family becomes sadness, self pity, misery and the list goes on.
It then proceeds to become a habit then a habitual pattern and finally a comfort zone.
“And the worst thing that happens is that you become imprisoned in your own sub-conscious mind”
In order for the external navigator (depression) to guide you towards your true and ultimate success, you will need the “key” to open the “door.” (Your house of depression)
Reply: Interesting thoughts. We are, of course, respinsible for how we respond to EVERYTHING and can do so either consciously or subconsciously. Obviously to make a conscious effort to control how we respond gives us much more control over our entire World and, by extension, our lives
