Menopause statistics and facts
all intents and purposes, the female body has been around,
largely unchanged for hundreds of thousands of years. However,
in the past 100 years or so, various "womens" problems
have come to light, which didn't seem to be a problem
before. The issue is therefore not so much one of changing
physiology, but how the body responds to the ever-increasing
load of chemicals it encounters, many of which effect
estrogen-like effects on various body systems.
